The role of the Highlands Board of Trustees is to govern the condominium in accordance with the Master Deed, Declaration of Trust, Bylaws and Rules & Regulations recorded at the Plymouth County Registry of Deeds. The trustees may be contacted through the Building Advisors or the Management Company.
Advisory Committee to the Board of Trustees
Each Highlands building has a representative on the Advisory Committee which reports to the Highlands Board of Trustees.
The role of the Highlands Advisory Committee is to observe what's going on in their respective buildings, listen to resident concerns, submit a written report to Mercantile Property Management prior to each scheduled Board of Trustees meeting and report back to residents any updates/information regarding these concerns.
